La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Butte

This hotel is doing things the way they should be done. Convenient? Clean? Comfortable? Courteous? All 100%. And it was affordable and quiet. You can be done looking for a place to stay in Butte as of the moment you found the La Quinta Inn and Suites in Butte.

Everything was great! Kenny was helpful and very accommodating. He suggested places to eat and points of interest. His suggestion about O'Donnell's did not disappoint. The room was spotless, the service impeccable and the stay was restful and comfortable. Thank you so much Kenny for the best hotel stay ever!!

Night experience was horrific with a dude mad at me for asking him to let me in since I paid in advance, made me pay more for a fee I already paid. Got in late from getting a rescue dog in Washington and the passes were icy. Finally got a phone number to the actual hotel per ai. Dude said he was watching me for 15 minutes in the cold. I was obviously there for a reason. Was going to give 1 star. Lifted it to 3 stars now because Kevin, the General Manager was awesome when I checked out. The rescue dog liked him and he is unpredictable, not being socialized and suffered 4 years outside alone on a chain and a plastic dog house in the hills above Seattle. Cold and wet. 4 years. Kevin gave him a treat naturally as a kindness, not knowing of my experience the night before. No foreknowledge of my experience which makes me think the night before was an anomaly. As I was writing, he came out and found out about Expedia pretending to be LaQuinta. I had challeged the charge last night per their useless customer service number given a going through a gatekeeper to get to a supervisor. He asked about it and I told the story. I said forgot about it, have Expedia reverse the phony fee they charged and we're good. He reversed the pet fee on LaQuinta's side, which was unexpected and everything is as promised per the price I paid. With this very positive experience with our new unpredictable, unsocialized dog, and the clear kindness he showed this morning, I'm moving to 5 stars. Ask AI for the actual phone number to the actual hotel and avoid a bait and switch by Expedia acting and looking like La Quinta. Kevin more than fixed it. Thank you Kevin. Corporate needs to fix their web site and add a phone number to this hotel and every hotel under Windham ownership. This was an issue.

Kevin the manager was fantastic! Brittany who also works up front was super friendly. Room was very nice & clean. The gym was great with working equipment and made the stay that more enjoyable! I would recommend staying here.

We arrived late in the evening. the night gal was not the friendliest and almost rude, but everybody has a bad night. The next morning I was up early, went down to the lobby, and there was a lady that was outrageously pissed about the elevator, not working and she had to lug her luggage down the stairs. She was rude and disrespectful to the staff. It wasn’t their fault. the elevator wasn’t working. Julie was amazing. She dealt with all the issues as quickly as possible along with dealing with running out of food and getting more food out as quickly as she could with the kitchen staff which the gal in the kitchen was so sweet….they were feeding the Polson pirate football team, My daughter-in-law text me and said that the elevator was stuck. I went back to Julie and said my family was stuck in the elevator and she went right over Addressed the issue. All was well There is a capacity to elevators and people should just laugh once in a while instead of getting irate I Told my grandson it was an adventure. All was well… Morning staff you rocked it thank you Julie you are a delight

The first night we spent here I'd give them 5 stars, but on our way back through we stayed again and asked for the same room, we didn't get it and the bed was old and had craters like 2 very fat people had been sleeping there for like 10 years, I'm thinking this mattress must be older than that and I believe according to law carpets and beds have to be replaced every 10 years. So on the way back home I wasn't impressed at all not to mention there must have been a game or something going on because the people in the room next to our the kept yelling and screaming for hours. In the morning I told this to the front desk lady and she gave us cookies and popcorn, I wasn't asking for anything just wanted them to know what was going on because apparently they don't pay attention to what goes on in their hotel

Well we arrived on an emergency trip and needed a place. It was a good price with a built in breakfast. The night clerk mixed up the rooms but we got that fixed. We only didn't stay because the hot tub was broken and the bed wasn't comfortable.

A great place to stay. Clean, safe and a large area to run your dog. Motel staff are especially friendly and helpful. My go-to when passing through Butte.
